Why quality control belongs throughout construction

Regular reviews protect workmanship better than a long correction list at the end of the job.

Regular reviews protect workmanship better than a long correction list at the end of the job.

A punch list written on the last week is a record of what was missed. Reviews during framing, rough-in, and finishes catch the same issues while they are still cheap to correct.

Each review should name the drawing, the area, and whether the work matches the agreed materials. Photos help. A verbal “it looks fine” does not.

Quality is not a separate inspector dropped in at the end. It is the same lead who owns the scope, checking the work while it is open.

Bring the location, the type of work, and the start window to a consultation. The Dallas office replies within one business day.
