• Client means a person or business that asks Beckman Construction about a project.
• Consultation means a review of scope. It is not a contract.
• Services means residential, commercial, and industrial construction, renovation, and the pages on this site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Beckman Construction’s website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Who can request a consultation

To request a consultation you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Provide accurate, complete, and current contact information.
• Describe the type of work, the location, and when you want to start.
• Use this website lawfully.

A consultation is not a contract. We may decline an inquiry that is incomplete, misleading, or outside the work we do. This website does not offer a customer login.

3. Scope, changes, and payment

The written agreement sets the scope, the schedule, and the price. You agree to:

• Approve the scope before field work starts.
• Record a change, including its effect on cost and time, before extra work proceeds.
• Pay only against an invoice that matches that agreement.
• Keep project correspondence with the people who should see it.
• Not send a password, PIN, or payment code. We will not ask for one.

We may decline an inquiry that violates these terms or the law.

4. Construction work

Beckman Construction provides residential, commercial, and industrial construction and renovation. This website explains the company. A project, its price, and its schedule exist only in a written agreement. Liability for the work is set out in that agreement, not on this page.

5. Electronic Communications

By using our services, you consent to receive project and legal communications electronically, including proposals, contract notes, and invoices. Electronic delivery has the same legal effect as paper. You must maintain a valid email address and ensure you can receive and read our messages. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time without affecting messages about a contract.

6. Privacy and Data

How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to that processing. We use industry-standard security (including encryption and access controls) and comply with applicable data protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beckman Construction is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for construction work is set out in the written project agreement.
